RETURNS and EXCHANGES Please select carefully - Due to health regulations and because of the personal nature of our products, an exchange service is unavailable. Intimate Delights / Planet Delights does not re-sell clothing items and promise our customers that they will never receive merchandise that has been previously worn. Intimate Delights / Planet Delights does quality control all items prior to shipment and if one does get past our personnel, Intimate Delights / Planet Delights will replace the defective items, not items that do not meet your expectation. If you have a defective product please contact us via email for instructions, do not just send the item back to us. All tags must still be on the product to help with the replacement of the item. Please include a written explanation as well as your order number with the defective product. Each return request will be examined by our Quality Assurance Department on an individual basis. If our Quality Assurance Department finds the product to be faulty, a exact replacement will be organized and shipped to the customer at our expense. If for some reason an exact replacement is unavailable, the customer will be given a choice of similar products to the same value. If it is deemed that the product has been worn or damaged by factors other than the manufacturer, retailer or delivery organizations, the exchange will be voided. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Take the time when choosing a product to make sure that what you are purchasing is the right size and color that you desire
SHIPMENT The shipment of our products is undertaken by either the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, DHL or Federal Express. Your Products will arrive in Packaging provided by the shipping company or in a plain box with no outward references to the contents other than I.D. Sales being the sender. You can get your products sent in the manner you select. For products that are oversized or over weight, Intimate Delights / Planet Delights reserves the right to contact you to organize your shipping and any additional costs. All in stock items are shipped between 1 to 2 business days all other items are usually shipped within 8 business days. If any product takes longer due to any reason Intimate Delights / Planet Delights will attempt to make contact in a conservative manner. Please be assured that Intimate Delights / Planet Delights does not leave messages on answering machines or services unless the individual that purchased the item names him or herself on the message.
BACK ORDERS Although we try our best to have all items in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where the manufacturer’s or distributors cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as we receive a shipment from the manufacturer. Your credit card is charged at the time of your order for all items, including those that may be back-ordered. Should you decide that you do not wish to await a back-ordered item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may cancel the back-order and issue a credit to your card. All back-ordered items are shipped at our expense. In some cases, substitutions of similar items may be made.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS To avoid a penalty, cancellation of an order must be done before the order has batched with the credit card company which allows us to void the sale. After this grace period for void of sale, any order may be cancelled prior to shipment for a 25% cancellation fee. The fee will be deducted from the payment that was made with a credit of the balance being returned to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Credit Cards or Bank Wires are required on all International Purchases. We verify the authenticity of all card holders and you will be asked to supply the name of the bank that issued your credit card and their phone number along with the security code on the back of the credit card. Processing of international orders will not begin until verification is made. In some cases orders may be held up to 15 days while information is verified. Prices are given in U.S. Dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or credit card company. International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail which usually arrives within 5 - 7 business days. Countries that do not have Global Priority Mail and orders are shipped via Airmail will arrive in the destination country within 1-2 weeks after being shipped, but please allow up to 30 days. The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared. Express Global Priority [ 2-3 day delivery ] is available for an additional $15.00 charge This may speed the delivery process but delivery is NOT GUARANTEED. Over-night delivery is available with Federal Express or DHL. For Overnight Delivery of International Orders you must contact us by phone or email. Some merchandise, because of it's overweight status may require additional shipping charges. Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer and we have no control over any fee's customs might charge you. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country. Please be certain that the products you order are legal in your country before placing your order. Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit can be issued. We have no control on how many days "customs" in your country might hold the package for inspection. We do not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the U.S. Government. The following countries currently have trade restrictions: Afganistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya and North Korea. We do not accept orders to the nations of Singapore, Indonesia, Russia and Turkey due to excessive fraud. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS NOT CLEARING CUSTOMS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. |
